SELF - LOVE
I see a lot of people hating themselves for their flaws, hating their nose and a lot more and I believe that you should never feel ashamed of yourself.
Having flaws is what comes for being human. It’s like a whole package. You can’t just chose to be human and not have flaws. Understanding that we are flawed is never easy and this always lead to hating who we are made. Being flawed is not something anyone should be ashamed of because being flawed is what makes us human, what makes us -us. There are 7.8 billion people on Earth and you are the only you there is. There is no other you in this world and you should take it as a miracle. A miracle of your whole existence.

Loving who we are made is never easy because we tend to hold on to this illusion where we’re not good enough, never good enough.

But you need to understand that your happiness is entirely on you and no one else. You should never feel obligated to be happy just because someone else thinks you should be.

To love ourselves, we need positivity - positive-thinking to be more exact! Positive-thinking has changed my whole perspective on life and if you think “what does she know?” - I have been dealing with depression for life and positive-thinking dragged me away from the once grey day. I realized that there is no time in life for me to hate myself.

If like you hate your body because of your small eyes, big nose, crooked teeth, etc, then you need to start accepting these things because your small eyes, big nose, crooked teeth is you. You as a whole being. Someone out there will love your small eyes, big nose, crooked teeth, etc because it is apart of you. Apart of who you are made. When one love themselves for their body, it does not mean vanity. It means accepting who you are and be happy with it.

If you hate yourself because you think you are worthless, then you are wrong. Because worthless and you should not even be in the same sentence. The word worthless should not even be used to describe yourself because nobody is ever worthless like how people made it out to be and if hating yourself has something to do with the people around you then cut all contacts. You don’t need toxic people in your life who bring you down on a daily basis and you surely don’t need someone else to depend your happiness on. Push yourself up from the ground with your own hands and when one day you finally got yourself to stand up with your own two feet, look at your battered and bruised body and keep in mind that you did it on your own. You did not need anybody else to keep you going because you are strong and love yourself for it.

Love yourself for how your smile is crooked and your eyes are small. Love yourself for how you push away the walls that made you hate yourself. Love yourself because there is no one else that can love yourself more than you. Be happy because of your body and your mind. Your whole soul and when one day you feel the need to hate yourself back, don’t feel bad for it because we’re only human and we live in a society where good enough was shunned away and kept locked and we were taught to hate ourselves but you need to know that you are always good enough. Society is like glitter while you are gold and don’t let these army of fools bring yourself down because you are wonderful and nothing should ever be compared with your massive heart.

Love yourself because you are important.
